Why isn't there a price list?
Every agency we work with has a different team size, module mix, and need for Software With a Service support. A one-size-fits-all sticker price would be misleading. Tell us about your agency and we'll quote a fair number — same day, no hassle.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Book a demo and we'll set up a trial environment for your team to evaluate the platform. Existing clients are currently being offered a free trial of the AI Assistant.
What does the contract look like?
An annual contract for the first year, then monthly rolling after that. The annual term lets us properly invest in your setup, training, and Software With a Service support — and you're never locked in once year one is complete.
What does the AI Assistant actually do?
It's a tool-using chat assistant built into the platform. You can ask it questions in plain English ("how many active buyers do we have for Hampshire?", "show me hot matches not contacted") and it can take actions on your behalf with explicit confirmation — drafting emails, booking diary entries, logging notes. Manager-tier users also get proactive intelligence reports (Pipeline at Risk, Stale Properties, Negotiator Activity).
Is the mobile app available?
Yes — iOS and Android, available now. Pro and Enterprise clients get access at no extra charge.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, in either direction, at any time. We don't lock you in.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Every new client has a one-off setup fee that covers onboarding, branding for your email and document templates, and importing your data from your previous system. We scope it per agency based on the source system and how much branding and template work is involved — and we'll quote it transparently before you commit.
What's Software With a Service?
It's the consultancy layer alongside the platform. We work with clients on workflow audits, team training, process improvement, and automation of systems outside Agency Office (AI tools, workflow platforms, third-party integrations). Pro and Enterprise tiers include consultancy hours; additional engagements are scoped per project.
Do you have a switching offer for clients moving from Reapit, Alto, or another CRM?
Yes — talk to us. We'll handle the data migration, set up your team, and offer competitive switching incentives for established agencies. Most switchers are up and running on Agency Office within four weeks.
